Organizational Change Management, Communications and Training
Baystate Health is an integrated health system headquartered in Springfield, Massachusetts. I supported the Chief Research Officer in developing a comprehensive OCM (Organizational Change Management) strategy for a clinical trial management software implementation. Key components of the strategy included change management, communications and training. Within each of these I developed, designed and initially executed the following: change management methodology, stakeholder universe, impact assessment, heat map, messaging map and detailed messaging, leadership and key audience communications plans, program one pager, training roadmap / approach and qualitative and quantitative measurement output.
