My name is Marcia Steele Hoover, pronounced Mar-see-uh. I’ve spent my career in transformational change communications working with, and for, companies spanning all different sizes and industries.

There are a few additional things you should know about me.

1. I believe a strategy is only as good as it can be successfully executed. What that means for you is that I’m both a strategic thinker and a doer of all things.

2. That “thinking” and “doing” has stretched across my career experience from consulting, agency and client-side businesses. And now as a solopreneur.

3. My time to insight is minimal. I am known for quickly getting up to speed and delivering immediate results.

4. I’m a unicorn. When I was hiring and leading corporate teams, I often needed a unicorn to round out the team. An individual whose marcom toolkit was wide, and yet their specific expertise was deep in one or two select areas. My experience bridges everything from digital marketing to crisis communications.

5. I have Prosci Change Management and Project Management certifications.
